The drive shaft inside the hub is fastened by a large screw.
Some cars have a clip on the screw to prevent the screw from moving. A cover is placed on the outside.
This cover is the hub cover.
The main function of the hub cover: it looks more beautiful. And the cover has the effect of preventing rust and waterproofing of the big screw, because in this way, the water is not easy to corrode the screw.
